This website is owned and operated by AIRA Therapy. Throughout the site, the terms “I”, “we”, “us” and “our”, refer to AIRA Therapy. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors bookable services for aromatherapy consultations, bespoke oil blends, and aromatherapy treatments.
By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Please make sure that you read these terms carefully before ordering bespoke oil blends from the Website; they contain important information about your rights to return products to us and/or to cancel your contract with us if we supply you with faulty goods.
In order to use our website, you must be at least 18 years of age, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the services, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your services.

Supply of Services and Products
Bookings: When making a booking online, you agree that you are responsible for reading the full service listing, before making a commitment to buy it.
When you make a booking online for a bespoke aromatherapy oil blend, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services and for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
For Aromatherapy Consultations via video call (Zoom), AIRA Therapy kindly requests 2 hours’ notice (the notice period) for cancellations or changes to your scheduled appointment time prior to your appointment.
Appointments cancelled after this notice period will incur a cancellation fee of £20.
Massage Treatment Appointments: AIRA Therapy kindly requests 24 hours’ notice, for cancellations prior to the scheduled treatment appointment time. For persistent cancellations, we reserve the right to request 50% of the treatment cost paid upfront on future bookings.
Clients are required to cancel their massage appointment if they feel unwell.
Refunds and Returns
We hope that you are happy with your AIRA Therapy products and services. However, if you change your mind, you have 14 days to return the product(s) to us in their original, sealed and unopened, and unused condition. Please contact us via email at email@example.com with your reasons for return and we will be happy to offer an exchange or a refund based upon the original payment method.
We take care to package your product before sending it to you. However, if it arrives damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the item so we can organise sending you a replacement product.
We will dispatch orders within 1 working day from London UK via Royal Mail (untracked). During busy periods it may take longer to process your order, and please note that UK delivery may be affected over bank holidays.
Covid 19 Update: Throughout this period of uncertainty, we are endeavouring to ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that some deliveries may take longer than normal due to the restrictions in place as a result of the pandemic.
Please note that at present, Royal Mail deliveries may take up to 2 weeks to arrive, so if your AIRA Therapy order has not arrived after this please get in touch.
Standard Delivery: UK only
- For orders under £25: £3.95 via Royal Mail 1st Class (Untracked) and aims to deliver in 1 to 2 days.
- For orders over £25: Free via Royal Mail 1st Class (Untracked) and aims to deliver in 1-2 days.
You can select Store Pickup as a shipping option at checkout.
Pickup your order in store from: AIRA Therapy, c/o Reception, Oru Space, 20-22 Lordship Lane, East Dulwich, London SE22 8HN. Please wait for notification that your order is ready for collection. Your order can be collected when ready from the reception desk to the left of the café counter, G/F Oru Space.
All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to AIRA Therapy, including copyright on all of the text, logos, icons, images, graphics, video and audio clips, animations and software yet is not limited to these descriptions should other property appear on the site. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it, or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify, delete, distribute or post anything on this website for any purpose.
You recognise and agree that by uploading any content (including, but not limited to designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artworks, interfaces, text and literary works) through any means to the website, you confirm that you own all the relevant rights or received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send the content. You agree and consent that the uploaded/transferred content may be publicly displayed at the website.
Retention of right to change offering
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
Right to suspend or cancel user access to services
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your services at any time. With respect to paid services, such these will be cancelled according to the cancellation policy above.
You agree to indemnify and hold AIRA Therapy, our officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers or licensors harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including legal fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AIRA Therapy be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIRA Therapy assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and any unauthorised access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.
Right to change and modify Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these pages periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.
Preference of law and dispute resolution
These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of the United Kingdom, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in London. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.
